Meet Kerri Schwartz

Creative Nutrition was started by Kerri Schwartz. Kerri has been a practicing Registered Dietitian for over 20 years. She tailors her sessions to each individual’s needs and offers plans to simplify eating while achieving each person’s desired results. She is often referred to as “the food police”, but thinks of herself as quite the opposite. She approaches each meeting with compassion and the desire to guide each person she meets. In addition to being a Registered Dietician, Kerri has her Master’s degree in Nutritional Science. Kerri’s areas of specialty include the following: weight and fat loss, emotional eating, eating disorders (anorexia, bulimia, compulsive eating), sports nutrition, and individualized women needs (hormonal changes, menopause, pregnancy). Creative Nutrition offers nutrition for optimal health, performance, emotional well-being, and weight loss.

Her expertise and experience combined with her genuine love of fitness and nutrition make Kerri an excellent representative of the health and nutrition field.

What is Creative Nutrition?

The Creative Nutrition philosophy is that everyone can achieve an optimal level of health and fitness with the right combination of diet, exercise and emotional support.  Creative Nutrition offers one-on-one nutritional training to guide and motivate participants to achieve their personal best in their daily eating habits. Whether the problems are not knowing what to eat or not being able to follow a plan, Creative Nutrition can create a realistic solution to these problems.

“You are what you eat or don’t eat!”

Creative Nutrition counsels people on how to treat their bodies with respect and guide them to create their desired result. Food can be people’s best friend and worst enemy, either nourishing or punishing the body. A person can be guided by a health professional but the measure of achieving a goal comes from self-accountability. Life is all about balance- mind, body and soul.  Creative Nutrition can provide the necessary tools to help everyone succeed.
